Hey it’s me, Josie…š I may be taking a little cheeky time off from class, but I’ve been busy. Phew!!! š
Yep, I’ve been planning classes forĀ Autumn/Winter 2018/19 and the datesĀ are up. So, avoid a holiday Ā fitness and self-care hangover and get into your calendar now to ring-fence your mat time right from September 2018 rightĀ into February 2019…(I know – super organised. Get me!). š
I’m not really saying that to crow… this is all for you. You can be super organised too…what are you waiting for? I believe our future Self is ours to co-create in every moment. š Let’s get to it.
First thing’s first. Take a look.Ā I have some great yogi 4-week strategies planned to help you stay balanced, on track, and aligned – no matter what you’re looking for in life (fitter, faster, healthier, stronger,Ā happier). And each programme (Foundation, Orientation, Flow, Active Recovery and Yoga for Runners) areĀ designed to work on from the previous one toĀ help you progressĀ should you choose to stick with a regularĀ practice.
I’ve made changes to the format (four week programmes rather than 5) and prices have gone up (the first since I started Yoga Local in Jan 2016). There are breaks at Christmas – but most sessions run consecutively. The exception is a brief period in October/NovemberĀ and that’s when I’ll beĀ upskilling and recertifying as a teacher of Yoga and Ayurveda.š§š¼āāļøāš¼āļø
