We’re getting ahead of the game…it starts today. Your 2018 well-being planning happens now.

This week, I’m going to get you thinking about your goals, what questions you need to ask yourself (honestly), and give you a few yogi ideas to INSPIRE so you are all set up to hit the ground running on the first day of 2018.

Just so you know. This is not a ‘quick-fix’, ‘boom bust’, ‘giving it lip service’ wellbeing solution I share with you here. It’s your ‘soul-driven’, ‘completely sustainable’, ‘love your frickin-self today and every day’, ‘this is me’, ‘I’m awesome’ solution.

In fact, sod Jan 1, if you’re up for stepping into the present moment (which is the only space we can influence in time – um now, now, and now) you can jump in and put your plan for total wellbeing in action… um now. 😉

What choices are you making?

I know I sound like I’m joking, and I am a tad. But I’m also, so serious. It’s up to you. The quality of the choices you make in this moment my yogi friend are directly related to how thing’s will be showing up for you days, months and years down the line.

And, as my purpose mentor Mastin Kipp beautifully puts it. The worst time to do something is tomorrow, the best time was yesterday, but we’ll settle for today.
