Did you know working towards a spiritual goal is called Sadhana in yoga speak? Anyway… here’s the plan. It was created in Lockdown Take 2 and it’s back to support you through the challenges of Lockdown living!
It was my stab at helping me (and now you) take on the challenges of isolation, disruption and change with an attitude of adventure and taking action, rather than reaching for the cake tin. This is all in all a better way of dealing with things.
