Mum and Baby Yoga Classes
Our MOTHERHOOD classes are designed to support you through the journey of being a mother
Finding your feet as a mum and navigating this time with a calm and thriving mind!
Explore Yoga techniques and the impact they can have on you and your babies health and happiness.
Come to these classes if:
- Your baby is 9wks-12mths old
- You seek peace and connection
- You embrace holistic approaches
If you haven’t done Yoga before this class is perfect for both new and experienced Yoginis.
Check out these other classes for when baby isn’t around!
- Strength – to build your foundation and physical strength in postures
- Restore – for a relaxing evening with comfy props and lots of breath
- Moon – to ground and stabilise the mind with some disciplined asana, pranayama and meditation work
STAGE 0 STRENGTH CLASS
Preparing for the Moon, Sun, Fire Journey
Our STRENGTH classes are designed to prepare the body for our Moon, Sun, Fire classes.
These classes are all about building physical strength and fitness in Yoga poses, so you can have a strong Yoga practice!
Come to these classes if:
- You are new to yoga practice
- You want to improve your strength
- You want a fitness class
If you haven’t done Yoga before these Stage 0 classes are a perfect place to start. Here are the best options to try:
- Strength – to build your physical strength in postures
- Restore – to ease you into poses with lots of props and breath
- Beginner’s Yoga Course – a progressive course to teach you all about Moon Hatha, so you can begin the Moon, Sun, Fire journey.
STAGE 0 RESTORE CLASS
Preparing for the Moon, Sun, Fire Journey
Our RESTORE classes are designed to prepare you for the Moon, Sun, Fire hatha yoga journey.
These classes are all about finding mental ease and physical release. Using props and breath to let go of tension.
Come to these classes if:
- You are new to Yoga practice
- You need to release stress/tension
- You seek relaxation and mindfulness
If you haven’t done Yoga before these Stage 0 classes are a perfect place to start. Here are the best options to try:
- Strength – to build your physical strength in postures
- Restore – to ease you into poses with lots of props and breath
- Beginner’s Yoga Course – a progressive course to teach you all about Moon Hatha, so you can begin the Moon, Sun, Fire journey.
STAGE 1 MOON HATHA CLASS
The Start of the Moon, Sun, Fire Journey
Our Moon Hatha classes are the start of the Hatha Yoga Pathway.
These classes are all about creating strength and stability in the body and mind, with the intention to remain cool and calm in any situation.
Come to these classes if:

You have practiced some Yoga before

You are new to Moon/Sun/Fire

You want a practice with asana, pranayama and meditation.
If you are not familiar with Yoga, and need some more prep before starting the journey there are a few options:

Beginner’s Yoga Course – designed to take you from a complete beginner to a Moon Hatha practitioner.

Restore Class – to ease you into poses with lots of props and breath.

Strength Class – to build your physical strength in poses as prep for Moon.
STAGE 2 SUN HATHA CLASS
The Second Stop on the Moon, Sun, Fire Journey
Our Sun Hatha classes are the next step up after mastering the Moon Hatha classes.
Once you have a stable Moon Hatha practice, you can move onto Sun Hatha. This is where we start to explore more energetic poses and breathwork.
Come to these classes if:
- You have a strong Moon practice
- You are able to hold a calm mind in class
- You want to begin exploring your energy
If you haven’t done Moon Hatha before, we highly advise starting with our Stage 1 classes.
Even if you have been practicing Yoga for a while, this style is designed as a journey and you won’t want to start in the middle!
Check out our Moon Hatha first, and if you’re comfortable there then jump onto a Sun Hatha class.
STAGE 3 FIRE HATHA CLASS
Final Stage of the Moon, Sun, Fire Journey
Our Fire Hatha classes are the final stage of the Hatha Yoga journey. All we have learnt is leading to this class.
These classes use techniques from Moon and Sun practice to create a complete practice.
Here we explore our capabilities and push the limits of our practice. Bringing in new, more advanced techniques.
Come to these classes if:
- You have a strong Moon and Sun practice
- You have developed a calm mind
- You are in touch with your energy
- You are ready for more advanced practices
If you haven’t yet explored Moon or Sun Hatha Yoga, head to try out those classes first.
This style of Yoga is a journey, designed to guide you towards an authentic Yoga practice in a gradual and effective way.
There are no short cuts in this practice, start where you are currently at and build from there!
