#9 Yogis-In-Business. Health before Wealth.

The money/happiness link with finance expert and business owner Cameron Waldron.

Let me start by saying I met Cameron at a business networking event. He’s a financial advisor,💵 owner of Northampton-based, New England Financial Services and, (sorry Cameron), but he was the absolute last bloke in a busy room of local business owners that I thought I’d connect with.

Oh, how lovely to be proved so wrong…👏What ever your financial picture, you need to listen to this one…enjoy.

YIB Podcast #5 | Inspiring Success with Side Gigs

Finding Passion and Purpose.

I read today that women are a third less likely than men to start a business.

This week’s YIB podcast guest, Sheena Shah, is running two and holding down a job as an Optometrist. Pretty impressive right? (Smashed that stat💪).

In this incredibly open conversation, Sheena talks about her passion to help people take their lives from where they are to where they want them to be and how she’s successfully grown her Pure and Raw Goodies business by word-of-mouth and a Facebook page.

She also reveals her ultimate purpose – to inspire her two young girls to become strong, successful, independent women. (Job done Sheena🙏👍🏼).

YIB Podcast #4 | Doing business with heart.

How to set boundaries and be a heart-centred entrepreneur.

Josie here and I’m back on the podcast talking to homeopath, Lisa Shefchick who spends her days bringing health and balance into people’s lives and empowering women through birth.

Our conversation brings home how easy it is to put your own health, happiness and wellbeing at the back of the queue, especially when you’re trying to run a heart-centered business.

Lisa share’s some beautiful insights on this and other topics and kindly offers her own practical tips on creating an ideal working week, managing clients, and controlling email.

There’s that, and so much more. You’ll have to tune in to the audio to get the rest. Come on in.

#3 Yogis In Business. The ART of Remembering

…with Northamptonshire Landscape Artist, Sara Penrose.

Ever been terrified of ‘going for it’ in your business?🙀 Yeah me too, frequently.

In this episode of Yogis-in-Business I talk to Sara Penrose, who found herself at the start of her entrepreneurial journey terrified about trading in the life she’d successfully built as a chemical engineer to follow her second passion – Art. Was her ‘bold’ move to quit her job to ‘go paint’ idiotic like she feared and how did Yoga help her see the bigger picture? 😉

Tune in to find out.

#2 Yogis-In-Business. Birthing Baby & Business

…with Suzy Sanders of Admin Angels.

EVERYTHING changes when you become a mum. That’s how the story goes right?

Well that’s most definitely the story of this week’s Yogis-In-Business guest, Suzy Sanders, who happily paints the day she ‘hypnobirthed’ her son into world as ‘amazing’ and an experience that left her feeling ‘limitless’.

Come and check out this week’s show timeline and jump in on the conversation. Podcast this way.👉 🙏

YOGI IN TRAINING BLOG: The entrepreneurial adventures of a Yogi in Training.

A never-ending story.

Does anybody have it all figured out? Got it together? Sealed the deal, nailed it down, have it locked and loaded? Really? Does anybody know what they are supposed to be doing? Do you?

Well I don’t. And you know what? I think it’s ok not to have the answers – all the whys. No one does.

What I do know for sure is that I like to ask questions, experience everything I can, explore and learn and that’s always a good place to start.

If you’re out of answers, lost sight of a goal, don’t know what your next step is, come with me as I explain how I’m pushing past a sticky spot and why that means Yogi In Training the Blog is making a comeback.
