beginner's yoga course

Your starting point for real Yoga practice – grounded, guided, and welcoming.

Both of these classes are for you if you’re ready to go beyond the surface of yoga but don’t know where to begin — or if you want to deepen a practice that’s lost its spark.

No experience needed. Just curiosity, willingness, and breath.

Each class, you’ll be guided through a complete and traditional Hatha Yoga  or Yin sequence that includes:

  • Asana (physical postures): both dynamic movement and steady holds

 

  • Pranayama (breathwork): techniques to focus the mind and build inner strength

  • Meditation: every class ends here, as all true Yoga does

This isn’t about touching your toes — it’s about feeling more connected, more calm, and more you.

Whether you’re brand new or returning after a break, both of these classes can meet you where you are — and helps you build the foundations of a steady, meaningful practice.

Stage 1 HATHA Practice (MOON)

MIND MASTERY

If your mind feels scattered, anxious, or constantly switched on, this is your sign to begin with Moon.

In Traditional Hatha Yoga, Moon (or tha) is code for the mind — and the mind must be steady if you’re serious about real change.

In Moon practice, we slow things down. You’ll learn to hold postures, regulate your breath, and stay present — even when things get uncomfortable. This is how we build true strength, resilience, and discipline.
