Once upon a time I hid behind my ‘too busy’ life to avoid doing things that:

 

  • needed my attention, but had ‘no time’ to stop and address
  • I didn’t want to do, even though deep down I knew they would make me happier, healthier and more successful in the long run.
  • took me out of my comfort zone (or simply scared me silly)

 

So, I just kept going, foot to the floor, head down, fingers in my ears, barely coming up for air. 😝 What happened? Crash, bang, wollop, oops, oh dear… life/work fell apart.  For a while.

If you answered ‘blanky time’, ‘Zzzzz’ or ‘I leave – I really haven’t got time for this’ you might just catch me let out a soft sigh of understanding before I wade right in with a yoga reality slap. (Tough love sorry, it’s how this yogi rolls 😝).

What’s your take on affirmations? 🤨 You know…the process of affirming something or stating something as true. It works along the lines of if you tell yourself you’re a bad ass entrepreneur, then you’re a bad ass entrepreneur.

Or if you believe you can run a marathon under 4 hours, you will.
