If you’re planning your first yoga adventure in 2018 you probably have some questions. Trouble is, no one ever likes to be the first to raise their hand.
So, to get the ball rolling I’m sharing 20 questions fellow yoga teachers posted on Facebook as the questions they get asked the most…just so you no there’s such thing as a silly question…or is there? 😉
I carved out my own responses to these…but if you’re still left wondering ‘bout something yoga related, pop it down in the comments and I’ll share what I got.

Let’s get something ‘yoga-plank’ straight. You can be a super-flexy hippy if that’s your thing but if it’s not, hear me out when I say being a yogi ain’t that. Forget that. New thinking required here. If you’re with me, it will change everything. You with me?

I’ll jump right in and say it. It’s the end of November and life’s about to get even busier, crazier and more pressured. Agreed?
And, that my yogi friend will make it soooo much harder for you to put your health and wellbeing first. I get that – we all want to have a good time at Christmas and it’s a huge pressure not to fall in with the crowd and think to hell with it, I’ll go along for the ride until January.
But here’s the question. Is it what you want?

This week, I’m going to get you thinking about your goals, what questions you need to ask yourself (honestly), and give you a few yogi ideas to INSPIRE so you are all set up to hit the ground running on the first day of 2018.
