TWO NEW EARLY MORNING STARTS
Well… you told us you wanted more early morning starts… so wakey… wakey.. we’re starting in January. We’ve got two new 7:30am Rise classes on Tuesday and Friday mornings.
ONE NEW TEACHER
Welcome, Kat Weaver, who’ll be upfront helping you find power and stability in those new am practices…(more on Kat later – this is the 60 second version).
MAKE THAT TWO
Of course, not forgetting my good friend and teacher, Charlie Carter, who will be leading a course for men starting here on Saturday 11 Jan. You can book that right here right now.
THREE EXTRA CLASSES
A steady stream of beginners have been graduating from the four-week course of basic asana, pranayama and meditation training so I’ve added a third follow-on class ‘Begin|Again’ at 9:30am on Tuesday.
Friday’s Anchor class has shifted to 6:45pm and will be now be led by the marvellous Maz.
Ohh and for those of you who already enjoy a strong, regular practice you can book on to a new ‘Energise’ class at 9:30am on Friday mornings too – that one’s with me. Phew…;)
REGULAR ONE TO ONE SLOTS
These are happening with me on Monday and Tuesday afternoons – (they are already booked up for January and February) but you can get your name down for March or join a waitlist.

There’s so much more I’m hoping to build here at the studio. Open-mat time, memberships, field trips… to name a few. Were you at our Film Night? How about the retreat in Cornwall? That was something special. I want to do more of that. It’s where I really get my kicks because I get to connect with you guys on a way deeper level. So, stay present, show up, get your classes booked, bring your friends and let’s put our own unique roar into the 20s.
