Why Things Change
Here’s the truth peeps: my role isn’t to throw a bunch of classes at the wall and hope some stick. This business isn’t built on randomness. It’s built with passion and purpose.❤️🔥
And like life, it has to adjust.
Resistance is futile — nature only wins 100% of the time. The frost on your car windscreen isn’t up for negotiation. If no one’s going to rock up to early classes in the dark depths of winter, then practice times and places need a rethink.
But that doesn’t mean throwing toys out the pram. That’s not the Yogi way. It means moving with the ebb and flow. Adapting. Adjusting. And remembering — change, when done consciously, is always in support of you.
That’s what this timetable is: not a scatter of slots, but a rhythm designed with the season, with tradition, and with you in mind.
A Timetable That Breaths With the Season
Autumn into winter brings heaviness — Ayurveda calls it kapha. Sluggishness, stickiness, the can’t-be-arsed vibe.
Tantric Hatha gives us the antidote:
- Sun practice (Solar Force) to brighten sluggish mornings.
- Moon + Yin (Lunar Energy) to soften evenings and help you integrate.
- Fire (Activated Prana Shakti) to re-ignite the midweek slump.
- Meditation + Journaling to ground the chaos.
This timetable isn’t about squeezing more in. It’s about creating a rhythm you can rely on — one that carries you through when your lower mind is whispering, skip it.
Rituals You Can Rely On
-
- Mondays: Morning Sun to start bright (LIVE online), Evening Moon to wind down (LIVE online), plus a short Japa/Journaling Micro Practice.
-
- Tuesdays: Morning Yang → Yin (hybrid class: in-studio + LIVE streamed online), Evening Moon practice in-studio for face-to-face accountability.
-
- Wednesdays: Fire (LIVE online only – all levels welcome) + Micro Kriya Meditation. Midweek re-ignition.
-
- Thursdays: Morning Meditation + Journaling (with lunar cycle specials, recorded if you miss live).
-
- Fridays: In-studio Moon/Nidra/Sound. A deeper release before the weekend.
-
- Saturdays: Early Sun (hybrid) followed by in-studio Yin. Solarise then stillness, internally activat4e then power up the depth.
-
- Sundays (see the timetable for updates): Workshops to dive deeper.
See the difference? This isn’t a random scatter of classes. It’s a sequence, a steady beat. If you stick with it, it builds reliability in you.
Because the timetable doesn’t just hold you. You holding to it is what strengthens you.

Why It Matters
This timetable isn’t just a shuffle of classes. It’s part of Yoga Local’s bigger reimagining: moving away from cookie-cutter fitness-style scheduling and building something rooted in tradition, rhythm, and real life.
Because here’s the truth:
- When rhythm becomes ritual, self-trust grows.
- When self-trust grows, everything else steadies — your focus, your relationships, your energy.
- And when you keep showing up, especially when resistance is loud, transformation happens.
This is yoga woven into your week, not bolted on when it’s convenient.
Your Part in This
I’ve done my bit — built a timetable that’s seasonal, purposeful, and community-shaped. Now it’s your turn.
Take a look. Reflect. What’s your rhythm this Winter? Which class is your anchor? Which micro will you actually commit to?
This isn’t about doing more. It’s about showing up steady. That’s how rhythm becomes ritual. That’s how ritual becomes transformation.
Because at the end of the day, no timetable in the world can carry you if you don’t carry it.
