Sorry, but Yoga isn’t always the blissful escape you see in magazines. Sometimes it’s messy, uncomfortable, and downright hard. And that’s exactly why it works. (And why I love it!)
Living Tantra: Into the Void
Living as a Tantric Yogi in particular is about embracing all of it, all of you —your light, your shadow, and everything in between.
It’s the practice of tough love, asking you to step into the void of the unknown, to confront your fears, and to let go of what’s holding you back.
So here’s one of those questions that’s tough.
